What are Vessel Sinks?
Vessel sinks seems to be all the range these days, but how did this come about? With this post, I hope to inform you about the history of them and why they are so popular nowadays. It really is a beautiful sink and after reading all about it you will have more of an appreciation for them.
First of all a this type of sink either sits totally on top of the counter or it can be installed by recessing it into the counter, but only partially. They are of a bowl shape and you may have seen them in fancy catalogs or in movies of roman times. This sink really does look lovely and it is functional too of course since it is a vessel.
First let me define vessel for you - it is a container of liquid. As slightly mentioned just before, you may see these in movies that are set in roman times. Easy to Install - There are two ways to install these with one of them being more easier than the other. With the one that is recessed, there is a bit of cutting out to do. With vessel sinks where it is of the type that sits on top of the table, there is not much involved at all.
